Lovely and clean. A really nice room with everything we need in a fantastic location on Ponsonby Road just 5 minutes walk from Ponsonby Central.  We got the room at a great price and reception was friendly and helpful.  On-site parking available.

Good location- we were pleased with the cleanliness and the ac worked great! The parking garage was tricky and tight but we are in the middle of the CBD so understandable. Would stay again if in this area.
